operator of model lightweighting application products and
services, fully recognize the importance of your personal

privacy security in accordance with legal and regulatory
provisions. We have formulated this Privacy Policy and wish
to inform you of the following content to assist you in
making appropriate choices. When you enable relevant functions, use related services,
or based on the need to fulfill customer management
requirements, we will collect and use relevant information
as necessary to achieve the functions or services, or to
meet organizational management needs. Unless it is necessary
to achieve the product functionality, required by laws and
regulations, or essential information for meeting customer
management requirements, you may refuse to provide it.Permissions for the camera, microphone, photo album,
etc.
are not enabled by default. They will only be used for
specific functions or services upon your explicit
authorization, which you can withdraw at any time.
Importantly, even after obtaining your authorization for
these sensitive permissions, we will not collect information
through them when the relevant function or service does not
require it.This Privacy Policy applies to the model lightweighting
products and services, including the official website for
model lightweighting, Zixel Software Development Kits ( SDKs
) and Application Programming Interfaces ( APIs ) provided
for use by third-party websites and applications, and all
other products and services provided by us that utilize this
Privacy Policy (collectively referred to as the "Services"
or "Model Lightweighting" within this Policy). This Privacy
Policy does not apply to services provided to you by other
third parties. Before choosing to use a third-party service,
you should fully understand the product functionality and
privacy protection policy of the third-party service before
deciding whether to use the corresponding function or
service.In addition to this Privacy Policy, in specific scenarios,
we may also explain the corresponding information collection
purpose, scope, and usage through instant notifications
(including pop-ups, page prompts, etc.), function update
descriptions, etc. These instant notifications and function
update descriptions form part of this Privacy Policy and
have the same effect as this Privacy Policy.The definitions of relevant identities under these Services
are as follows:
Customer: A legal entity or other organization that
registers for a Services account by authorizing a natural
person, establishes an organizational structure, and
possesses administrative privileges. The Customer may
invite individuals to join its organization to become its
Authorized Users.
Authorized User: A natural person who is authorized or
invited by a Customer to join the organization established
by the Customer on Zixel and uses the Services, including
team creators and administrators. Among them, a natural
person designated by the Customer to configure the
Services and exercise backend administrative permissions
on behalf of the Customer is referred to as an
Administrator (referred to as "Customer Administrator" in
this Privacy Policy); the individual who initially creates
a team on behalf of the Customer is referred to as the
Team Creator.
Individual User: Refers to a natural person who registers
for and uses the Services in a personal capacity, as
opposed to an Authorized User. Individual Users and
Authorized Users are collectively referred to as "You."
The sections below will help you understand in detail how we
collect, use, store, transfer (if applicable), and protect
your personal information. They will also help you
understand how to access, copy, delete, correct, and
withdraw authorization for your personal information.
Important content regarding your personal information rights
has been highlighted in bold for your special attention.
This Policy is closely related to your use of our services.
We recommend that you read and understand the entire content
of this Policy carefully and make choices you deem
appropriate. Your agreement to this Privacy Policy indicates
that you understand the necessary personal information
required for us to provide the products and services and
grant the corresponding authorization for collection and
use. However, for non-essential personal information and
sensitive personal information, we will still seek your
separate consent based on your actual usage.

In order to provide you and the Customer with the Services,
meet the Customer's office collaboration and management
needs, maintain the normal and secure operation of the
Services, and optimize the functional experience of the
Services, Zixel will collect the personal information you
actively provide or authorize to provide when registering
for and using the Services, as well as the personal
information generated during your use of the Services, for
the following purposes and in the following manner:
Account Services
1. Registration and Login
Creating a Zixel account is required to use the Services.
You can create either a personal identity account or an
organizational identity account (both referred to as a
"Zixel Account") by creating a personal identity, creating
an enterprise/organization, or joining an organization, and
bind the same or different login credentials to these Zixel
Accounts. Joining different organizations will generate
different Zixel Accounts.
When you register for the services on behalf of a customer,
you also need to provide information such as the
enterprise/organization name, industry type, personnel size,
etc. If you wish to access more features and benefits, you
will need to provide, on behalf of the Customer, basic
information such as entity license certificates, information
of the legal representative or other types of managers, and
authorization letters, so that we can assist the Customer in
completing verification. You confirm that you have obtained
full authorization from such Customer to sign and agree to
all contents of this Privacy Policy.
If you forget your login password and cannot reset it
yourself, you can request a password reset through customer
service. To protect your account security, you may need to
fill in relevant information for verification, and in
necessary cases, your identity may be verified through means
such as real identity information verification. 2. Verification and Security
When you recover your account or use other functions or
related services that require identity verification, and in
order to comply with relevant legal and regulatory
requirements, ensure the security of you and other users,
and maintain the security and stability of functions and
services, it may be necessary to provide your real identity
information to complete real-name verification. We may
submit the real-name verification information you provide to
competent authorities or their legally authorized
institutions for verification to check the authenticity and
accuracy of the information you submitted. The
aforementioned information includes sensitive personal
information. You may refuse to provide it, but doing so may
prevent you from accessing the relevant services, without
affecting the normal use of other functions and
services.
In scenarios involving facial recognition, we may access the
phone's accelerometer to recognize the distance and angle of
the device from you, assisting you in completing the
recognition quickly and accurately.3. Account Public Information
You can independently fill in or set your profile picture
and nickname according to your needs. These personal details
you actively fill in or set will be displayed to other
users. Not filling in or setting this information does not
affect your use of the Zixel account and services.
If you are an Authorized User, depending on the Customer's
management needs, the specific information displayed in your
personal information within the affiliated organization may
be set by the Customer Administrator.
Cloud-Based Project Space
You may independently choose to upload files to the Model
Lightweighting cloud-based project space. These files will
be stored on Zixel's servers.The cloud-based project space functionality supports
multiple users simultaneously viewing and editing files
stored in the cloud space. To facilitate collaboration among
project participants and provide insight into project
status, collaborators can view the project creator,
collaborators, and creation time. Furthermore, when you
publish files or perform edits or comments, Zixel will
display your name, profile picture, and the published
content. You can configure project permissions according to
your requirements.
Your actions regarding files—such as sharing, creating
copies, downloading, browsing, and changing permission
settings—will be recorded and displayed to the file
creator.
Content Publication and Interaction
You can publish information through cloud spaces, comments,
and other content publication features and scenarios
provided by Zixel. Zixel will display your name, profile
picture, and the published content and information.When you capture or publish images or videos, authorization
for camera, photo album, and microphone permissions will be
requested based on the specific function you use. If you
refuse to provide the required authorization, you will be
unable to use the corresponding function, but this will not
affect your normal use of other functions within the
Services.When you click on, browse, comment on, download content, or
when your content is liked or shared, Zixel will record the
aforementioned information.Please note that the information you publish may involve
your own or others' personal information, or even sensitive
personal information, especially if you choose to upload
content containing personal details during publication. We
urge you to carefully consider whether to share, or even
publicly share, such information when using our
services.
Search Functionality
When you use the search function, we collect your search
query terms and maintain log records in order to display
search results and your search history to you.
Message Notifications
You acknowledge and agree that for the contact methods you
provide during your use of the Services (e.g., contact phone
number), we may, in the course of our operations, use one or
more of them to send various types of notifications for
purposes such as user message delivery, identity
verification, security verification, and user experience
research. Furthermore, we may also provide you with related
services, functions, or activities via SMS or phone calls.
If you do not wish to receive these messages, you can
unsubscribe using the method provided within the messages or
contact us directly to unsubscribe.You are free to choose whether to participate in marketing
events organized by us. If you choose to participate,
depending on the event requirements, you may need to provide
information such as your name, contact address, contact
details, and receiving bank account number. This information
includes sensitive personal information and is necessary for
you to receive transfers or gifts. You may refuse to provide
this information, but we will not be able to transfer funds
to you or distribute gifts
Secure Operation
1. Operation and Security Assurance
We are committed to providing you with a secure and
trustworthy product and usage environment. Delivering
high-quality and reliable services and information is our
core objective. To maintain the normal operation of our
services and protect the legitimate interests of you, other
users, or the public from loss, we collect necessary
information to maintain the secure and stable operation of
our products or services.2. Device Information and Log Information
To ensure the secure operation of the software and services,
and the quality and efficiency of operations, we collect the
following information from you: hardware model, operating
system version number, device identifiers (e.g., for
Android: IMEI, Android ID, OAID, IMSI, ICCID, GAID, MEID;
for iOS: IDFV; different identifiers vary in validity
period, whether they can be reset by the user, and how they
are obtained), network device hardware address (MAC
address), hardware serial number (SN), IP address, WLAN
access point (e.g., SSID, BSSID), Bluetooth, base station
information, software version number, network access method,
type, status, network quality data, operations, usage,
service logs, device time zone, and device name.
To prevent malicious programs and ensure operational quality
and efficiency, we collect information about the Zixel
applications you use (such as version, language, source,
etc.), process information, overall operation, usage and
frequency, application crash reports, and performance
data.
We may use your account information, device information,
service log information, as well as information obtained by
our affiliates or partners with your authorization or as
permitted by law, to assess account and transaction
security, perform identity verification, identify illegal or
non-compliant activities, detect and prevent security
incidents, and take necessary recording, analysis, and
action measures in accordance with the law.
Copying and Sharing
When you share or copy information, we need to access your
clipboard to read the contained links and other content
information in order to enable functionalities or services
such as copying and sharing.
If your
organization has enabled the paste protection feature, you
may be unable to copy content from Zixel to other
applications, depending on the security policies set by the
organization.
Changes in the Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal
Information
Please note that as our business develops, adjustments and
changes may be made to the functions and services provided
by Zixel. In principle, when new functions or services are
related to those we currently offer, the collection and use
of personal information will have a direct or reasonable
connection to the original processing purpose. In scenarios
where there is no direct or reasonable connection to the
original purpose, we will, in accordance with the
requirements of laws, regulations, and national standards,
separately inform you and provide explanations through
reasonable means such as page prompts, interactive
processes, or agreement confirmations, and obtain your
consent again before collecting and using your personal
information.
Scenario Where the Customer Acts as the Personal Information
Controller
If you are an Authorized User, during your use of the
Services, in addition to the information collected through
the system and information you actively submit, in order to
facilitate your more convenient use of the Services, the
Customer will provide us with the personal information
necessary to realize the functions and services of the
Services, including but not limited to your account name,
name, corporate email, work phone number, work location, job
title, etc., and the Customer will update this information
from time to time based on the actual situation. According
to the Customer's representations and guarantees, the
Customer has obtained your prior explicit authorization and
has fully informed you of the purpose, scope, and manner of
collecting and using your personal information before
providing us with the aforementioned personal information.
If you cannot confirm the above, we recommend that you
immediately stop accessing or using the Services and confirm
the foregoing matters with the Customer. Simultaneously, you
can also contact us using the contact information provided
in this Privacy Policy, and we will assist you in handling
related matters within our capabilities. If you use the Services as an Authorized User, the Customer
will process your personal information based on scenarios
such as organizational management needs. You acknowledge
that the following personal information will be collected,
used, and its processing purpose and manner determined by
the Customer. We only process this information (referred to
as "Customer Usage Data") for the purpose of providing you
with related services and functions, in accordance with the
Customer's instructions and the agreement between us and the
Customer:

Information such as your name, profile picture, contact
information (email address, phone number, etc.), work
location, and job title within the affiliated
organization;

Audio-visual files, comments, cloud project space files,
and other content-based information generated by members
within this enterprise during your use of the Services;

If the Customer activates products or functions such as
business management (including but not limited to
approvals, project management) to meet the needs of daily
operations management and office security, you may need to
provide your basic personal information (e.g., contact
information, gender, social media account), identity
information (e.g., relevant document information),
employment information (department, position, etc.), work
and education information, approval records, and other
personal information entered or assigned by the Customer
or required by the Customer to enable the relevant
functionalities;

Transaction information when you use the Services or
purchase and use third-party services on the Zixel
platform, in order to display it to you and facilitate
your management of related transactions;

For the purposes of employee management and network and
data security, the Customer also collects your operating
system version number, IP address, network access method,
type, status, device information, network device hardware
address (MAC address), and service logs;

Other information submitted based on the Customer's
organizational management and operation, collaborative
office work, or specific group/team management objectives,
as well as information you are required to submit.
For Customer Usage Data, the Customer is responsible for
informing Authorized Users about the purpose, manner, and
scope of the collection and use of personal information. If
you have questions regarding the relevant content or wish to
assert related personal information rights, you acknowledge
and understand that you can contact the Customer or the
Customer Administrator for resolution. We specifically remind you that if information cannot,
either alone or in combination with other information,
identify your personal identity, it does not constitute your
personal information in the legal sense. When your
information can, either alone or in combination with other
information, identify your personal identity, or when we
combine data that cannot be linked to any specific personal
information with your other personal information, such
information will be treated and protected as your personal
information in accordance with this Privacy Policy during
the period of combined use.
II. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use Cookies and other similar technologies to enhance
your experience when using our Services. When you use the
Services, we may use relevant technologies to send one or
more Cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device to
collect and store information about your visits to and use
of the Services. We commit not to use Cookies for any
purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy.
We primarily use Cookies and similar technologies to achieve

III. Partners Involved in Data Processing and the

1. Principles
1.1 Principle of Legality: Any data usage activities
involved in cooperation with partners must have a lawful
purpose and comply with statutory legal bases. If a
partner's use of information no longer conforms to the
principle of legality, it shall cease using your personal
information or may only resume use after obtaining an
appropriate legal basis.

usage must have a legitimate purpose and be limited to what
is necessary to achieve that purpose.
1.3 Principle of Security and Prudence: We will prudently
assess the purposes for which partners use data, conduct
comprehensive evaluations of these partners' security
capabilities, and require them to adhere to cooperative
legal agreements. We perform strict security monitoring on
the Software Development Kits (SDKs) and Application
Programming Interfaces (APIs) used by partners to obtain
information, in order to protect data security.2. Entrusted ProcessingFor scenarios involving the entrusted processing of
personal information, we will sign relevant data processing
agreements with the entrusted partners in accordance with
legal provisions and supervise their personal information
usage activities.3. Joint Processing
For scenarios involving the joint processing of personal
information, we will sign relevant agreements with partners
in accordance with legal provisions, stipulating their
respective rights and obligations to ensure compliance with
relevant legal regulations and the protection of data
security during the use of the relevant personal
information. 4. Scope of PartnersIf specific functions and scenarios involve services
provided by our affiliates or third parties, the scope of
partners includes our affiliates and such third
parties.5. Facilitating Your Participation in Marketing
ActivitiesWhen you choose to participate in marketing activities
organized by us, our affiliates, or third parties, in order
to ensure you receive a consistent service experience during
joint activities, or to enable our partners to fulfill
rewards to you in a timely manner, we and our partners may

communication address, and contact details. Some of this
information is sensitive personal information. Refusing to
provide it may affect your ability to participate in the
relevant activities but will not affect your use of other
functions.
Transfer
As our business continues to develop, we may engage in

event of such changes, we will continue to protect your
personal information in accordance with laws and regulations
and security standards no less stringent than those required
by this Privacy Policy, or we will require the successor

Please understand that in the following circumstances, in
accordance with laws, regulations, and national standards,
we may provide or disclose your personal information to
partners or third parties without obtaining your prior
authorization and consent:

a contract to which you are a party, or for conducting
human resources management in accordance with legally
established labor rules and regulations and a collective

Storage Location
In accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations,
we store your personal information collected and generated
during our operations within the territory of the Republic
of Singapore. Currently, we do not transfer your personal
information overseas. If overseas transfer becomes necessary
to meet enterprise office management needs, we will protect
your personal information in compliance with relevant
national regulations. If you have any questions, you may
contact the Customer or the Customer Administrator.
Storage Period
During your use of the Services, we will continuously
retain your personal information, adhering to the principle
that the retention period shall not exceed what is necessary
for providing the services. Exceptional circumstances where
we may retain information for a longer period include:

Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
regarding information retention (for example, the
Cybersecurity Law stipulates that technical measures for
monitoring and recording network operational status and
cybersecurity incidents shall be taken, and relevant
network logs shall be retained for no less than six months
as required).

Where a reasonable extension of the retention period is
necessary for purposes such as financial accounting,
auditing, or dispute resolution.

Where the Customer, as the personal information
controller, has other processing requirements for the
relevant information.
If you are an Authorized User, you acknowledge and
understand that if you have any questions regarding our
processing of personal information as a processor acting on
the Customer's instructions, or if you wish to assert rights
related to such personal information, you should contact the
Customer or the Customer Administrator for resolution.
V. How We Protect the Security of Personal
Information
We implement strict data processing permission controls to
prevent improper use of data. We employ various data
desensitization methods, including masking and other
de-identification techniques, to enhance the security of
personal information during use. Simultaneously, we use
widely adopted encryption technologies within the industry
to encrypt your personal information and utilize data
isolation techniques for segregation. We consistently
implement these technical measures and organizational
management practices, and may revise and improve them from
time to time to enhance the overall security of our systems.
Despite having taken the aforementioned reasonable and
effective measures and complying with the standards required
by relevant legal provisions, please understand that
due to technological limitations and the potential
existence of various malicious methods, in the internet
industry, even when doing our utmost to strengthen
security measures, it is impossible to guarantee 100%
security of information at all times. We will strive to
ensure the security of the personal information you
provide to us. Please note and understand that the systems
and communication networks you use to access our services
may encounter issues due to factors beyond our control.
Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take proactive
measures to protect the security of your personal
information, including but not limited to using complex
passwords, changing your password regularly, and not
disclosing your account password and other personal
information to others.
In the event of a cybersecurity incident, we will take
corresponding remedial measures promptly in accordance with
our cybersecurity incident emergency response plan. If our
physical facilities or technical protection measures are
compromised, leading to the leakage, unlawful provision, or
misuse of your personal information and resulting in harm to
your legitimate rights and interests, we shall bear
corresponding responsibilities strictly in accordance with
the law.
After we become aware of a
personal information security incident involving the
unfortunate leakage, unlawful provision, or misuse of your
personal information, we will promptly inform you as
required by laws and regulations regarding: the basic
details of the security incident and its potential impact,
the measures we have taken or will take to address it,
recommendations for measures you can take to prevent and
mitigate risks, and remedial measures available to you. We
will notify you of the relevant incident details via push
notifications. When it is difficult to inform each
individual information subject personally, we will issue a
public announcement through reasonable and effective means.
Simultaneously, we will also report the handling of the
personal information security incident to the regulatory
authorities as required.
Once you browse or use other websites, services, and
content resources, we have no ability or direct obligation
to protect any personal information you submit while using
third-party products, regardless of whether your login,
browsing, or use of the aforementioned software or
websites is based on links or guidance from our
Services.

rights regarding your personal data. These rights include
accessing, copying, correcting, supplementing, deleting,
withdrawing consent/authorization, deleting your account,

please understand that specific business functions and
services require your information to be completed. After you
withdraw your consent or authorization, we will be unable to
continue providing you with the corresponding functions and
services and will cease processing the related personal
information. Nevertheless, your decision to withdraw consent
or authorization will not affect the processing of personal
information that we carried out previously based on your
authorization.

Settings Management
1. System Permission SettingsAfter using the products and services within the Zixel
platform, you can withdraw granted permissions within those
respective products and services.
2. Account ManagementYou can access "Account Settings" -> "Account
Management" to query or modify your registered mobile phone
number and email address, as well as to set or change your
login password.
Your Personal Information Rights
1. Access, Correction, and Deletion
If you are an Individual User, you can click on your profile
picture in the top left corner to view and modify your
profile picture and name.
If you are an Authorized User, you can click on your profile
picture to view your profile picture, name, and other
information. This information is configured for you by
Customer Support. If you wish to modify certain information,
you can submit a correction request to the Customer, which
will be handled by the Customer Administrator.
You can, according to your needs and the specific products
and functions we provide, perform operations and adjustments
within the corresponding functional interfaces during your
use of the Services (for example, you can directly add
comments and replies within files, etc.).Special Note: For security and identity verification
reasons (such as for account recovery services), you may not
be able to independently modify certain initial registration
information submitted during signup. If you genuinely need
to modify such registration information, please contact us
using the contact details provided in this Privacy
Policy.
Account Deletion
If you are an Individual User, you can submit a deletion
request through customer service.
If you are an Authorized User, account deletion for your
organizational identity account can be achieved by leaving
the organization you belong to, being deleted by the
Customer Administrator, or if the team you belong to is
dissolved by the organization.If you actively apply to delete your Zixel account, we will
verify information such as your personal identity, security
status, and device information before processing the
deletion. You acknowledge and understand that account
deletion is an irreversible action. After your account is
deleted, we will delete your relevant information or
anonymize it, except where otherwise stipulated by laws and
regulations, or where data used by the Customer requires
separate processing based on the Customer's needs.
Feedback, Complaints, and Reports
If you have any feedback, believe that your personal
information rights may have been infringed, or discover
clues regarding potential infringement of personal
information rights, you can contact us through customer
service.
Accessing the Privacy Policy
You can view the full content of this Privacy Policy on the
registration page.Please note that the specific features of the Services
described in this Policy may vary depending on factors such
as your device model, operating system version, software
application version, the specific application version
purchased by the Customer, and settings configured by the
Customer for enterprise management. The final product and
services are determined by the specific software and related
services you actually use.
Cessation of Operations and Notification to You
In the event that we cease operations, we will promptly
stop collecting your personal information, notify you of the
cessation of operations either by individual delivery or
public announcement, and delete or anonymize your personal
information that we hold.
VII. Clause Regarding Minors
The Zixel platform is primarily intended for adults, and
users are presumed to have the corresponding civil capacity.
If you are a minor under the age of 18, you must read and
agree to this Privacy Policy under the guidance and together
